Customer Review: Poor service, great product
I bought my golf buddy two months ago thinking that they had my home course mapped. As it turns out we have nine new holes that have not been mapped. I immediately called Golf Buddy and have called two more times since then. I've also sent two emails as they requested. On the phone they're polite, tell me there is a local person to map the course, and that someone will give me a call back the same day. To date I've heard nothing from the company. No emails or calls and the course is still not mapped.

This was a purchase made by my sister-in-law's brothers in honor of her 70th birthday(No-I did not make an error). I have not seen anyone so totally surprised and excited in years! And the wonderful thing is that the Golf Buddy Pro GPS Range Finder performed as advertised. The first time she used it she stepped out of the cart looked at her gift and it was already working. It can store up to 20,000 courses and is loaded with every course in the United States. I thought, I don't think so, but she was at a nine hole course in Salt Lake City and Wow, there it was on the screen. She had already used it for many courses in Palm Springs,CA where it worked beautifully. If you are thinking of buying a range finder either for yourself or for a gift don't wait!
